  We waited to be seated ,as the sign said. It took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Once we were seated it took quite some time to be treated by a server. By the time the server greated us we ordered food and beverages. The drinks took longer than expected. We took advantage of the endless appetizers. Our first round of wings were cold and came with blue cheese rather than the ranch dressing that we ordered. We let the waitress know that we needed ranch and it did not arrive until the wings were already eaten. We ordered more food this time. The buffalo wings that we ordered this time came as barbecue. At this point we also hadn't had a refill of water. We were fed up and paid and left. Usually love Fridays. Will never return to this location.

  As a business owner I take these reviews very serious. I waited 10 to 12 minutes to be acknowledged by the manager Crystal by then I saw how they treated the people waiting in front of me for take out and really didn't want to experience any more bad customer service.
  
  The bartender pass by me 2 times no acknowledgement and a rude reply to the people ahead of me.(When you speak to someone look at them)
  
  The Manger pass by me twice and again no acknowledgement. A hello or smile goes a long way in customer service.
